Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Egypt only. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping services to locations outside Egypt at this time.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Egypt. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for delivery.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment.

Once processed, delivery will take approximately:

1-3 business days for locations in Cairo and Giza.

3-5 business days for other governorates in Egypt.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external circumstances such as holidays or unforeseen delays.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

نطاق الشحن

نقوم حاليًا بالشحن داخل مصر فقط. للأسف، لا نقدم خدمات الشحن إلى مواقع خارج مصر في الوقت الحالي.

رسوم الشحن

يسرنا أن نقدم شحنًا مجانيًا على جميع الطلبات داخل مصر. لا توجد رسوم مخفية أو تكاليف إضافية للتوصيل.

المدة الزمنية للشحن

يتم عادةً معالجة الطلبات خلال 1-2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.

بمجرد معالجة الطلب، ستكون مدة التوصيل كالتالي

1-3 أيام عمل للمناطق داخل القاهرة والجيزة
3-5 أيام عمل للمحافظات الأخرى في مصر

ملاحظة: قد تختلف أوقات التسليم قليلاً حسب موقعك والظروف الخارجية مثل العطلات أو التأخيرات غير المتوقعة.

شروط التوصيل

يتم تسليم الطلبات إلى العنوان الذي تم تقديمه أثناء الدفع
يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية تقديم معلومات توصيل دقيقة
في حالة فشل محاولة التوصيل بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم توفر المستلم، سيتواصل فريقنا معك لترتيب إعادة التوصيل

تتبع الطلبات

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل القصيرة تحتوي على تفاصيل التتبع لمراقبة شحنتك

الشحنات التالفة أو المفقودة

إذا استلمت طردًا تالفًا أو إذا تأخر شحنك أو فقد
